Friday’s Fab Find: Bodyworks Ball and TravelFit Kit

Bodyworks Ball

One of my biggest goals in trying to foster healthier habits is simply this: I want to feel better. I’m not 23 and haven’t been for a very long time.  My body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to.  I’m starting to feel aches and pains. The fact that I’m hunched over my computer for 10 hours a day cannot help.

Currently I’m trying to use Yoga to increase my fitness and flexibility. However when I’m been sitting at my desk for hours trying to find a free area in my office to practice some Vinsaya poses just isn’t practical. My petition to have an on-site on demand masseuse is going over about as well my request for pajamas Tuesday.

Bodyworks Ball

One of the most amazing things about writing for Bridgette Raes’ website is sometimes I’ll put out a request for products for beauty or wellness. Then I’ll be presented with a product that even though I didn’t know it existed, if I have to live without it now, I’ll die.  You’ll take my Bodyworks ball from me when you pry it from my cold dead hands.  Check it out here.

Bodyworks Ball is a simple self massaging tool for instant easy relief of neck cricks, shoulder knots, sore hands and feet. It’s perfect for relieving “tech neck” from hunching over devices.
